Hi, hmskeldon here and the South Swell is here and I’m happy about that because that means I get to go back to the beach and catch some waves but I’m really rusty from the 2-month long wait.

I went mothers day and it said 5-6 ft but when I got out it was around 3 ft keep in mind that when I say feet it’s like meters I’m still learning on how to measure wave height but I know if it’s when it’s 5 ft because you can see it break on the outside.

I am still afraid to go out when it’s big like that because there is a memory that haunts me from when I was around first starting surfing, I went out too far and got smashed.
